Cooking Class
Want to discover the best traditional Tuscan dishes? Fresh pasta, traditional desserts…
Take part in our cooking class; our chef will guide you through the preparation of dishes, complemented by anecdotes from the Tuscan and Pisan culinary traditions. At the end, your prepared dishes will be the stars of a convivial lunch!

T-Bone Night
An evening dedicated to lovers of the T-Bone steak, the absolute star of the table. Delicious charcoal-grilled meat, carefully selected and prepared with passion to bring out its authentic flavor. To accompany it, our very own wines: as winemakers, we believe there is no better pairing than the one born from our own land.

Farm Tour and Wine Tasting
We want to introduce you to our winery—we won’t hide it, we are truly proud of it! We will share our history and show you the surprising architectural features of a Tuscan farmhouse built in 1707. You will stroll with us across the hills and through the vineyards, learning how vines are cultivated directly from the experts. We will take you into the heart of our estate, the wine cellar, to explain the winemaking processes. And of course, in our tasting room—an ancient space with stunning barrel vaults—you will be able to taste some of our wines (five labels). The tour lasts about 2 hours, starting in the late afternoon.

Aperitif at the Wine Bar

Bike Rental
Would you like to explore the Pisan hills in complete freedom? With our bike rental service, you can venture through the vineyards, olive groves, and picturesque villages surrounding Fattoria Fibbiano. Enjoy the nature and landscapes of Tuscany at your own pace! And for those who wish to ride through our hills effortlessly, comfortable e-bikes are also available upon request.
The Miracle of Bees
Come and discover the fabulous world of bees with us, and taste their delicious honey. Our beekeeper, Stefano, is ready to introduce you to this magical world. In a simple (and completely safe) way, Stefano will show you how a bee colony works and how—almost like a miracle—bees manage to produce that special nectar we call honey. The farm exclusively produces and sells organic products. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste our different varieties of honey.
