Tour of the Fattoria
and wine-tasting
We will be delighted to show you around our winery, of which, we admit, we are very proud. We will tell you about its history and show you the outstanding architectural features of a Tuscan farmhouse built in 1707. We will also take you on a walk along the hills and through the vineyards, and you will learn how grape vines are grown directly from those who do it for a living. Then we will take you inside our winery and cellar, and show you all the wine-making processes. Needless to say, you will get the chance to taste some of our wines (five labels) in the wine-tasting hall, a beautiful room with barrel vaults. The tour starts late in the afternoon and will last for two hours.

Vespa adventures
A trip on a typical Italian Vespa awaits you! The Vespa was created in Tuscany, in the town of Pontedera, where the Piaggio factory is located, only 10 kilometres away from our farm. Why not take a trip on the legendary Vespa and explore the medieval hamlets in the Pisan hills, which are famous for their food, wine, and cultural traditions! Vespa, Tuscan culinary delights, and the Andrea Bocelli theatre: Lari, Casciana, Chianni, Lajatico, Fabbrica, Peccioli with tasting of ham, olives, pasta, oil and a visit to the Andrea Bocelli Teatro del Silenzio. Vespa Museum and Tuscan Aperitif: tour of the Piaggio Museum in Pontedera to see all the vintage and unique models. Including a Tuscan Aperitif.
Wine harvesting with a picnic lunch
If you come to the Fattoria Fibbiano, you’ll get the chance to visit a beautiful old farmhouse dating back to the 1700s and to take part in the wine harvest with a picnic lunch in the vineyard, a lovely tradition that our family holds as sacred. Who said that duty and pleasure can’t live together happily?
Guided tours
The hamlet of Terricciola, near the Fattoria Fibbiano, in the Era valley, is strategically placed between Pisa and Volterra, in the green heart of Tuscany. From here our guests can take one of the many guided tours on offer to explore the surrounding areas, medieval towns and hamlets, famous for their history, art, natural beauty, and culinary delights.
Cookery course
Pappa al pomodoro, ribollita, panzanella, panigacci, caciucco… Would you like to try the best Tuscan dishes? Take part in our cookery course, and our chef will show you how to prepare these dishes and pass on some of the secrets of Tuscan and Pisan culinary traditions. Afterwards, the dishes you cook will feature in an unforgettable dinner!
Pizza night
Once a week, in the farm’s courtyard, we like to treat our guests: with PIZZA as the star. We will prepare the dough, let it rise according to traditional methods, stretch it out, and once the guests themselves have put their favourite toppings on, we will bake it in our old wood-fired oven. At the end of the evening there’s always a surprise dessert…
Marriage proposal
Are you thinking of proposing to your loved one but don’t know how? Why not choose the Fattoria Fibbiano? In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by delicious wine and food, go for our “future spouses” menu cookery course, at the end of which you will enjoy a candle-lit dinner with a sweet surprise. This is the perfect place to crown such a memorable moment. And if this isn’t enough and you really want to impress your loved one, then why not book a ride with us and propose on a hot-air balloon!
Farewell dinner
On Fridays we provide at our wine bar, for those who book in advance, a typical Tuscan dinner featuring traditional, locally-sourced ingredients. Enjoy a last toast with wines from the Fattoria Fibbiano to go out on a high note and return home with the memory of exquisite flavours in your mouth.
Welcome platter in your room
For those who arrive late in the evening at the agritourism or are too tired to cook dinner after a journey, we can prepare a “Tuscan platter of ham and cheese” ready for you to enjoy in the room/apartment on arrival. All accompanied, of course, by a bottle of our Chianti Superiore!
Aperitif by the pool
This is what we all imagine when we think of pure relaxation, when fantasizing about an escape from the stress of our daily lives: green countryside, fabulous Tuscan sun, a glass of fine refreshing wine, and the blue water of the pool. An aperitif at the Fattoria Fibbiano is always like this.
Wellness day at the SPA
After a day exploring our natural surroundings, after basking in the sun by the pool, enjoying a fine wine surrounded by the vineyards and olive groves of the farm, why not try spending some hours in the nearby Terme di Casciana? Expert professionals will pamper you during the spa treatment of your choice.
Painting lessons
Here, in the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, the landscape seems to have been especially created to be captured on canvas. In a setting that has inspired generations of painters, from the Middle Ages, to Avant-garde, among the vineyards and olive groves of the Fattoria Fibbiano, our resident artist will only be too happy to teach you a variety of painting techniques, from the simplest to the more complex. And because none of the senses should be neglected, the day will be accompanied by a wine-tasting session.
Horse riding
A fantastic experience for both adults and children: explore the Pisan hills on horseback. A simple day that both grown-ups and children can enjoy together, a new experience for some, but definitely a memorable one for everyone.
Bike hire
A beautiful landscape of hills, vineyards, woodlands and old hamlets, crossed by kilometres of country roads and tracks are waiting to be explored. The mountain bike is the best way to go off the beaten track and reach the most unspoilt corners of our region.
The miracle of the bees
Come and discover with us the fabulous world of the bees and taste their honey.
Our beekeeper Stefano is ready to introduce to you the magic world of the bees. In a simple (and safe) way he will show you how the bees’ life is going on and how- in an almost miraculous way- they can produce that special nectar called honey. The Farm manufactures and markets exclusively organic products. During the visit, you will have opportunity to taste the different variety of honey.
Truffle hunting
Our region is rich and renowned for this “precious gem” hidden inside the earth: the truffle. Would you like to go truffle hunting? This is an unmissable experience! You will be accompanied by expert guides including our fantastic four-legged friends!
