Produced from olive trees like "frantoio" "pendolino" "leccino" and few others, the green olives manually harvested are squeezed withing 48 hours. From here the first cold pressing olive oil is obtained with its green colour and golden reflection with its fruity taste and with the powerful afterbite of pepper.
