Wine making: The grapes harvested manually, are wine making without selected yeast, the maceration time on the skin is approx 2 weeks at the temperature of 25/26° C. along with at least 2 pump over a day are done.
Finishing: The wine mature for 6 months in tank where the malolactic fermentation is taking place and finally 2 months in bottle.
Bottles produced: N° 20.000
Serving temperature: 18°C
Best accompanying food: Red meats, pasta, pizza and cheese.
ORGANOLECTIC DESCRIPTION: Ruby red colour, with intense aroma of cherry and blackcherry. Warm, well structured and smooth tannin.
