Wine making: The grapes, harvested manually, are wine making separately without selected yeast, the maceration time on the skin is approx. 3 weeks at the temperature of 28-30° C. with at least 3 pump over a day and frequently wetting of the hat is done.
Finishing: The wine mature for 12 months in barrels of french oak (barrique) where the malolactic fermentation is taking place, 6 months in tanks and finally 4 months in bottle.
Bottles produced: N° 8000
Serving temperature: 18° C.
Best accompanying food: Rich foods and succulent meat dishes.
ORGANOLECTIC DESCRIPTION: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, with scent of complex mature fruit, spices and aromatic herbs; the taste is round with full body and a persistent aroma finishing with a light tannin.
