Wine making: The grapes harvested manually, are wine making without selected yeast, the maceration time on the skin is approx. 3 weeks at the temperature of 26-28° C. along with at least 3 pump over a day and frequently wetting of the hat is done
Finishing: The wine mature for 8-10 months in tanks where the malolactic fermentation is taking place, and after that in bottle for 3 month minimum.

Best accompanying food: All sort of dishes from light to heavy ones.
ORGANOLECTIC DESCRIPTION: Ruby red colour with intense aroma of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. The tannins are smooth, whilst the body is full remaining persistent in the mouth.
