HARVEST TECHNIQUE: The grapes are manually harvested in the coolest hours of the day.
WINE MAKING: The must produced by a soft pressing of the grapes is fermented at low temperatures and rests in stainless steel tanks until the time of foam formation. The wine stays in the bottle for 36 months on the yeasts.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION: Copper-colored wine with fine and persistent perlage, delicate flavour of raspberry and hay aromatic notes. Dry and soft taste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8°C.
