Our identity is closely linked with the soil. Respecting local wine-making traditions, we only use autochthonous grape varieties, which we grow with the highest care in order to obtain grapes of the finest quality. We have preserved the old manual grape-growing traditions and treat our soil only with organic, non-chemical substances. Ideal sun exposure and soil composition - medium-textured and rich in fossil shells - give the grape its intricate aromas and distinctive flavours. The result is a balanced wine that fully reflects the nobility of the land where it comes from: the Fattoria Fibbiano wine.
